- 1.5 oz Catan Pisco
- .5 oz of lemon juice
- .5 oz of simple syrup
- 1 Coin orange peel
- 3 Dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters
- Champagne/Prosseco/Sparkling Wine
- Add to shaker, fill with ice and shake
- Pour into a champagne flute
- Top with prosseco, and Express the oils of a coin of orange peel onto the top, and rim the glass with the oil
- Garnish with orange peel, and enjoy your brunch!
