Chilean Mule (Chilcano) cocktail
GLASS GARNISH
Copper Mule Mug Lime Round

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of Catan Pisco
  • .5 oz fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 4 oz ginger ale
  • 2 Drops angostura bitters

METHOD

  1. Stir together Pisco, lime juice juice and simple syrup
  2. Pour over fresh ice into a copper Mule Mug
  3. Add ginger ale, bitters and stir once more
  4. Garnish with a lime round and enjoy
