The S.A (South American) Gimlet

The S.A (South American) Gimlet cocktail
GLASS GARNISH
Coupe Slice of Lime

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces Catan Pisco
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz honey simple syrup,* to taste ice

METHOD

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, along with a handful of ice, then cover and shake until chilled
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  3. Serve with a slice of lime for garnish
