INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of Catan Pisco
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz ginger ale
- 2 Drops angostura bitters
METHOD
- Stir together Pisco, lime juice juice and simple syrup
- Pour over fresh ice into a copper Mule Mug
- Add ginger ale, bitters and stir once more
- Garnish with a lime round and enjoy
