INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Catan Pisco
- 3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 oz honey syrup
- Garnish: lemon twist
METHOD
- Add Catan, honey syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube
- Garnish with a lemon twist
