The Monkey Tail "Cola De Mono"
The Monkey Tail, or Cola De Mono, is a drink for sharing; it's the traditional Holiday cocktail in Chile!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups of Catan Pisco
- 4 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 3 whole cloves
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
METHOD
- In large saucepan, combine milk, sugar, sticks and cloves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat; simmer for 5 mins
- Strain mixture into large pitcher, discarding the spices. Stir in coffee, Catan and vanilla
- Cover and refrigerate
- Serve cold or over ice and ENJOY. SALUD!
