Pisco Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of Catan Pisco
- .25 oz simple syrup
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, and stir together
- Serve up or on the rocks
- Express the oils of a coin of orange peel onto the top, and rim the glass with the oil
- Garnish with orange peel
