INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz of Catan pisco
- .75 oz triple sec
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1-2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to shaker, fill with ice, and shake
- Strain into a Collins glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel
