Pisco Paloma cocktail

Collins Grapefruit Peel

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz of Catan pisco
  • .75 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1-2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker, fill with ice, and shake
  2. Strain into a Collins glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel
