Pisco Sour

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Catan Pisco
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1oz or 1 freshly cracked egg white
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to shaker, without ice, and shake
- Fill shaker with ice, and shake once more
- Double strain into a coupe
- Carefully garnish with four drops of bitters
