Pisco Sour

Pisco Sour cocktail

Coupe Bitters and Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Catan Pisco
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1oz or 1 freshly cracked egg white

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker, without ice, and shake
  2. Fill shaker with ice, and shake once more
  3. Double strain into a coupe
  4. Carefully garnish with four drops of bitters, and a dash of cinnamon
