Pisco Politan cocktail
GLASS GARNISH
Martini or Cocktail Orange Peel

INGREDIENTS

  • 2.5 oz Catan Pisco
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • .5 oz fresh lime juice

METHOD

  1. Add Catan Pisco, Cointreau, cranberry juice and fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake vigorously until very cold
  3. Strain into a cold martini glass
  4. Garnish with an orange peel
