The S.A (South American) Gimlet

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces Catan Pisco
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz honey simple syrup,* to taste ice
METHOD
- Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, along with a handful of ice, then cover and shake until chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Serve with a slice of lime for garnish
