The Sunday Morning™ cocktail
Champagne Flute Orange Peel


  • 1.5 oz Catan Pisco
  • .5 oz of lemon juice
  • .5 oz of simple syrup
  • 1 Coin orange peel
  • 3 Dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • Champagne/Prosseco/Sparkling Wine


  1. Add to shaker, fill with ice and shake
  2. Pour into a champagne flute
  3. Top with prosseco, and Express the oils of a coin of orange peel onto the top, and rim the glass with the oil
  4. Garnish with orange peel, and enjoy your brunch!
