Catan Pisco’s thoughtful and perfectly balanced recipe took over 18 months to create. Working closely with our team on the vineyards in Ovalle, a city located in one of the official D.O. (Denomination of Origin) regions in Chile, our chemists were able to craft the exact flavor profile we were seeking.
The fruit forward and citrus aromas capture the organic purities of our hand-picked Pedro Ximénez Grapes, and our meticulous double distillation process yields the smoothing progression as was intended by our copper stills. The traditional Chilean flavors are then distinguished towards the finish, as the stone characteristics are noted which derive from the natural irrigation produced by that rainfall that is gifted from the Andes to our vines.
